Eminem has kept quiet for a few years but now he has a new album dropping called "Berzerk" and his childhood home is up for sale.
Michigan Land Bank is now selling his home in a not so nice neighborhood for $1.
But that's not all that Eminem is up to, he's now starting a film company called Shady Films in connection with WatchLOUD.com and they will team up to start various web series. The first web series to be released is called "Detroit Rubber".
